The timing of the coffee mornings has been changed for the summer months and will now be held on the 4th Friday as before but from 11-1pm and sandwiches tea and coffee will be available.
The lunch event took place in May and was supported but it would be good to see more members taking part. It is open to everyone and those who did attend said it was good value for money with a variety of choice of sandwiches. I hope that if members know that sandwiches would be available on these Fridays that more would participate. The next one will be held on 28th June and a list will be placed on the notice board for people who wish to attend, closing date will need to be Tuesday 25th. Please try and support this event as all monies received goes into the club funds.
Presidents Day will be held on Saturday 1st June, it is a special event in the Clubs calendar and I am sure it will be a very successful event for our President Bernard and his wife Jean.
